If you are experiencing a problem with shipping your item, please check your email first(also checking your spam folder) to see if you have received a tracking number with all of the current details. Often this takes a few minutes from receiving your order, but can be up to a few days if the processing time is longer. All orders are covered by our 100% delivery guarantee. If tracking doesn't show your package arriving for any reason, we'll reship. If tracking shows your package delivered we except no responsibility after the delivery. All reshipped orders outside of the USA buyer must pay shipping cost each time the order is reshipped. We ship in discrete packaging, not marked Kickflip Genetics or beanz on the packaging.
